September Knight of the Month Mike Frantz |
The Knight of the Month for September 2016 is Mike Frantz. Brother Mike, we appreciate the extraordinary contributions you make on behalf of our Council in support of the many activities of the parish and the community. During September you organized several volunteers and arranged for and often personally made multiple pick-ups of donations for the Parish Treasure Sale. That’s significant in and of itself, but let’s round-out your list of current and recent activities. You are an active officer of this Council - our Lector; you’re a member of the Council’s 1st Degree Exemplification Team, participate in CPID, assist with the parish breakfasts, an active member of the disaster relief team, you’re the Blind Camp Coordinator, active in the Food Basket Program, Food-for-Seniors, a coordinator and volunteer for the Crosses for Life effort, participate with Helping Hands, you’re workingon giving away your 5th gallon of blood for the bi-monthly blood drives, you work on cheese and sausage sales, the baby bottle campaign, you help with the youth free-throw contests, and you’re active in perpetual adoration.
You are definitely our “Knight of the Month.” You constantly set an example for other Knights to emulate. We truly appreciate and thank you for you exemplary Service to One, and Service to All—in charity, unity, fraternity, and patriotism.
