Our February Knights of Columbus Council Meeting will be held February 4th. The meeting will begin at 5:00 p.m. with a rosary followed by a social, dinner and then our meeting. Wives are invited to this meeting. Knights will pay the usual $8.00 and the wives will eat free.
The menu will include Chicken fried steak, Mashed potatoes, Gravy, Green beans, Roll and Dessert. In order to assure adequate quantities, we need your RSVP no later than Thursday, January 30. The Knights of Columbus Council 10208 will host our annual Mardi Gras party February 25 from 5:00 till 9:00 p.m., social hour 5:00-6:00 p.m. Dinner served at 6:00 p.m. Menu will be Garden Salad, French Bread, Shrimp Creole or Chicken & Sausage Jambalaya for those who cannot eat seafood and a decorative sheet theme cake for dessert. Donation beverage center will be available. Dancing to begin after dinner with an auction of a few Mardi Gras costumes donated by Brother Knight Dick Biddle and his wife Nora. The Knights of oOlumbus is sponsoring a Lenten Fish Fry on Friday, February 28, in the Lower Hall beginning at 5:00 p.m. Kitchen will close at 6:30 p.m. Sign-up sheets will be available in the narthex before and after Masses, weekend of February 22. This is some of the Best Catfish you can find anywhere for only $10.00. This meal also includes a Baked Potato, Cole Slaw and a Roll.
