Write up procedure for coordinating 6 weekend’s sales at Masses
Arrange for publicity
KC Website History of Ham Sales, Christmas Charity etc
Make copies & provide sales forms and brochures to Team
Refurbish sales boards and add new items
Arrange for 2 of each, tables, chairs, easels, and posters for Fall Fest and exit church doors by Howard Shaffer
Provide list of contacts for names of needy families to Dick
Ham Sales Kickoff @Fall Fest 23 October
Weekend Sales start 31 Oct. Nov/Dec. contd. 6 week ends
Collect orders and checks weekly & give to Ed Keearns
Receive orders and checks keep all financial records
Provide checks/sales results to Bill Patterson Nov/Dec
Obtain check for payment from Bill Patterson Nov/Dec
Order items from Petit Jean for Nov. & Dec.
Start identifying candidates 1st Dec. write up justification
Provide a call list for pickup orders to sales team
Arrange for distribution of hams-
Call purchasers pickup Nov 20th & Dec 21st adm bldg 2-3pm
Pickup hams from P J Nov 20th & Dec 21st & distribute at Sacred Heart Adm. Bldg. at 1pm - 3pm the same dates.
Call purchasers items not picked up by 3pm delivery dates
Determine dispose (Crate Qty) of unsold packages of bacon
Present candidates and recommendations and funding on meeting date to K of C Board
Obtain check(s) for purchase of “gift cards” at WalMart
Purchase gift cards
Arrange with selected candidates and present gift cards or gifts to families
Issue final Ham Sales reports by 12/30/’09
Issue report of volunteer hours for Supreme Council 1-’10
