The Email Coordinator will send messages to council members as:

  • Requested by the Communications Director as backup
  • Coordinated with the council food director for the menu for each of the dinner meetings, to include any special message from the grand knight and from the lecturer (about the speaker if known in advance).  Use the warden’s phone number or his designee for the telephone contact.
  • Needed to confirm attendance and guests for the dinners

He will also send:

  • Preliminary list of dinner attendees to the membership 8-9 days before the meeting.
  • Final dinner attendance lists to the food coordinator, warden, inside guard, and grand knight.
  • A timely bulletin announcement to the church secretary regarding each council meeting
